SPring8 BL40B2 In-situSWAXS
A snapshot of In-situ SWAXS measurements of structural/compositional phase transformation of liquid-quenched MgYZn systems at Beamline 40B2, SPring8.
Crystalliization, structural phase transition, and self-organization of L12 clusters have been examined in a in-situ chamber under vacuum. -
PF simultaneous SAXS/XAFS
Local emvironmental structures of L12 clusters during formation of LPSO has been examined by a simultaneous messurements of SAXS and XAFS at an undulator beamline at Photon Factory.
